Honey Springs was supposed to be remembered as a victory.

Ty GWY Wilson Creator of the United Native Nations Universe
“Some records survive because somebody refuses to let power be the only witness.”
UNN: Origins is the illustrated testimony behind The Weight of Survival. It shows the Battle of Honey Springs, Isaiah Freeman's witness, Tahu Watie's silence, and the buried record that waits 163 years to be opened.
There are stories a nation tells because it wants to be believed. And there are records that survive because somebody understood belief was not enough.
Isaiah preserved it anyway.
